Alfredo began working on the farm 20 years ago alongside his father, whom he inherited current farm from. He named his farm after his son Andrés and insist that no chemicals from herbicides or pesticides are used in the farm. The microclimate in that region allows him to produce coffees with exceptional cup profiles, which have won him COE prizes for various years
