Sidra from Colombia from Finca La Riviera, fermented in a bioreactor and then washed. Notes of blood orange, strawberry, lavender and honey, transported by sail. This coffee was transported to Europe aboard a 100% sailing cargo ship, reducing CO₂ emissions linked to maritime transport by up to 98%. A direct route, without transshipment, for a cleaner, more responsible and better preserved coffee
