About This Coffee

This is our first year working with Elto coffee. The name Elto has two meanings in Sidama: “abundance” and “more than passion,” reflecting both their ambition and ethos. This is a complex, juicy and bright coffee reminding us of tangerine, lime and stone fruits with soft white florals. This Extra-light roast is delicate and aromatic and sacrifices intensity of acidity and perceived sweetness. We recommend this roast for ultra-light roast lovers only.
