About This Coffee

Continuing with our rollout of this year’s Nicaraguan harvest, we are thrilled to be share this coffee from Tres Hermanas - Spanish for “Three Sisters”. The farm is located in a valley bordering Honduras, with a slow maturation of coffee cherries aided by just 4 hours of daily sunlight. This washed process coffee is of the uncommon Bourbon Tekesic variety, resulting in vibrant citrus acidity alongside clean and delicate flavours reminiscent of yellow plum and nectarine
