Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is the coffee that's delicate, floral and tea-like, with citrus notes and a clean, light body. Coffees grown in West Arsi were previously marketed as Sidamo or Harrar. The Ethiopian Commodity Exchange named West Arsi a special origin for cultivating coffee.
