About This Coffee

This honey-processed SL-28 from Finca San Cristobal was awarded 29th place at the Costa Rica Cup of Excellence 2021. The farm is located on 17 hectares of land in Llano Bonito, Naranjo. The owner, Danilo, has been producing coffee for over 50 years. As well as coffee, they also grow bananas, Plantains and peaches. This coffee has the taste of the fresh citrus of lemon and lime, green apple. The sweetness of black cherry, grape, pineapple and a hint of banana that comes through in the aftertaste proves to be a great quality cup with a very clean yet complex character. Flavours of green tea and honey are also present in the aftertaste
