About This Coffee

This coffee bean is a WEB SITE limited release. The farm has been producing coffee for generations, since the great-grandfather installed a wet mill. Coffee cherries are spread about 5cm thick on an African bed and left overnight. After that, the cherries are stirred many times a day and covered at night. It takes 15-18 days to dry and express the flavor
