First step towards Panama. In the heart of the cloud forests of Volcán Barú, between two national parks, Bambito draws an exceptional territory. Two east-west ridges carve out precise microclimates here. With each harvest, harmony is born from the meeting of vision and terroir. This is our very first Panamanian coffee at 94 Celcius and our hearts are beating a little faster. At the SCA in Houston, we had the chance to meet Priscilla and her son Ivan: gentleness, generosity, precision.
