About This Coffee

In 1971, Mr. Ovídio José Cunha bought a small property in the city of Ribeirão Corrente in partnership with his brother. The land already had coffee planted on it, and the brothers continued to cultivate it. Their partnership was later dismantled, and Ovídio continued his dedication to planting and expanding coffee production with the help of his two sons, José Ricardo and Ovídio Júnior. Brothers José Ricardo and Ovídio Júnior continued with the work of coffee production, each taking on a dedicated role and always looking for innovations in labor and management to improve the quality of the final bean. The Água Limpa farm is 50 hectares in size and the coffee flowers bloom in September and October for the harvest in June and July. The average temperature is 19º C
