Carlos Quiñonez is a coffee farmer from Bolívar, Cauca, whose dream, along with his twin brother, is to produce a specialty coffee. This year, Nylon took part in the Subasta por la Paz 2025 (Auction for Peace) held in Bolívar, a social event focused on farming sustainability and peace-building. Nylon won the bid for this coffee which they describe as Elegant, sweet and complex
