A very pleasant washed Kenyan, you will find a very-mild earthiness that reminds us of sundried tomato, with dominant jasmine & green tea florals, and a red grape sweetness and acidity. We rehydrate this coffee with RO water for 12 hours before roasting to both help with consistency during roasting and to bring a more rounded profile to the roasted coffee
