About This Coffee
The return of our partners from the Cafeólogo project, with a bright and crisp washed lot from the Tenejapa region. This lot is a community lot produced by several skilled producers on their own farms surrounding the village of Tenejapa, just an hour or so’s drive from Cafeólogo’s base in San Cristóbal. The Girón family grow a mix of Caturra and the native Mexican cultivar Garnica. Fresh ripe red berries open the cup, balanced by a deep honey sweetness
