This lot comes from fourth generation producer Sebastian Ramirez. Seb is a highly innovative and accomplished producer. His farm, Finca El Placer, sits around 1750 meters above sea level in Quindío, Colombia. Pink Bourbon was first discovered in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia. It has recently been found not to be a Bourbon mutation as originally suspected, but rather genetically linked to Ethiopian landraces.
