Willow represents the passion of Colombian coffees using natural and ferment-forward processing, delivering an exciting combination of fruity, sweet, and bright flavors. This fruit-forward community experimental lot, serves different purposes. First, it’s a complex, versatile coffee with a sensorial experience of dark chocolate, cacao nibs, a round body, and a pleasant fruity finish. While also supporting young producers by creating demand for their processing experiments
