In the high-elevation farms of Shantawene Village in the Bensa district of Sidama, coffee production is rooted in tradition and careful craftsmanship. Grown between 1993 and 2150 meters above sea level, local farmers cultivate indigenous heirloom varieties and process their cherries with meticulous attention. This coffee was processed as a natural, dried on raised beds with careful sorting.
