A proud partner of the Victoire Project, the Cinco Calles farm was founded in 1960 by Euladio Mora Valverde. The plants of the “La Karola” lot that we have been presenting to you for the third consecutive year were planted ten years ago by Euladio's son, Abel Mora. La Karola is the most precious lot of the Mora family. It is grown on a one-hectare plot of land at 1700 meters altitude, irrigated by a natural water source and benefits from an ideal orientation providing a perfect balance of shade and sun on the side of the “La Cruz” mountain. The farm is not certified organic, but the Mora family manages it organically and sustainably and does not use any chemical pesticides or herbicides
