About This Coffee

This Geisha is produced by the Herrarte family, who have been growing coffee on their farm in Santa Rosa since 1892. All cherries are hand-picked and sorted. They are then depulped, fermented in tanks, and then washed and dried on patios. Every step of cultivation and processing strives to preserve the highest quality of the coffee
