Finca Inmaculada is a pioneering specialty coffee estate located in Pichindé, Cali, within Colombia’s Valle del Cauca region. Nestled at 1,750–2,000 meters above sea level in the foothills of the Farallones National Park. This naturally processed Gesha comes from a meticulously curated signature lot, with only 405 kg of cherry selected and dried slowly over 25 days on raised beds. The cup is expressive and elegant, with fruit-forward aromatics, leading into layered notes of ginger flowers, tropical fruits, and raspberry-like acidity
