As it cools, it has a pleasant lavender aroma, elegant acidity, honey-like melt-in-your-mouth texture, and the sweet juiciness of biting into a pineapple. Elto Coffee is a passionate coffee project based in Bensa, Sidama by Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene. Their activities aim to produce special and excellent nano-lots, using the highest quality cherries cultivated and harvested by smallholder farmers in neighboring communities, and processing them by modernizing traditional methods and styles
