About This Coffee
This exceptional coffee comes from the Ayla washing station, located in the Sidamo region of southern Ethiopia. This station is part of the Testi Coffee group, a family business founded by Faysel Yonis, a pioneer of Ethiopian specialty coffee and committed to the development of local communities through its Project Direct program (construction of schools, access to drinking water and electricity). Around 700 small producers grow their coffee on small plots of 2 to 5 hectares, between 1,950 and 2,150 meters altitude. These ideal conditions, high altitude, cool climate and slow maturation, give dense, sweet coffees with great aromatic complexity. This lot in anaerobic process of 120 hours offers us an explosive and complex cup, with notes of strawberry, blueberry and tropical fruits. A real fruit bomb.
