Dillalghe varietal is consider to have been a landrace in Dillalghe region, Ethiopia and this coffee remind us of some great Ethiopia coffees from Jimma region, with its delicate tea like body and elegant flavors. This coffee delights with bright bergamot with jasmine florals and perfumed longan sweetness.
