Maputo Hakuna Matata is a coffee with notes of stewed fruit, amaretto and brown sugar, carefully grown by a committed couple in a unique microclimate in Ecuador. Henry Gaibor and Verena, the founders of the Maputo and Hakuna Matata farms, have an exceptional background: a war surgeon and a humanitarian nurse, they met in 1996 in Burundi during a mission with Doctors Without Borders
