About This Coffee

This coffee comes from the sub district of Al Sharqui in Yemen's mountainous Jabal Haraz region. Situated in the Sarat mountain range not too far from the Red Sea, Haraz is known for its ancient, fortified stone villages that look like castles precariously clinging to rocky peaks. This lot was sourced by Fatoum Muslot. It is comprised of lots from about 140 farmers. Mega altitudes, unique climate, old landrace varietals, and processing practices bring about a rustic and complex cup and coffee experience unlike anything else
