Chelbesa Snap Specialty Wolisho & Dega - Classic Washed Ethiopia Chelbesa has been one of the best favorite Ethiopia origin for past few years now. Especially the 2023 lot from our friend "Snap Specialty" was mind blowing. Talking of the 2025 harvest reminds us of the 2023 profiles with its vibrancy yet we got an overall impression with more finesse due to our new Ai sorting machine.  In the cup, we found vibrant peach flavors that are akin to peach gummies, followed by classic Ethiopia florals as honeysuckle, and a complex after taste of coke.
