This coffee starts out with vibrant and bright notes of fresh plum before settling into spices such as pink/black peppercorn, cardamom and cinnamon. Whereby it finishes with a lingering note of raw chocolate. Grown on the iconic terraces that dominate the mountainous regions of Yemen and fed water only through rainfall, this is a truly exceptional lot grown and processed by Abdullah Al-Habari and his brothers
