When hot, the Sulawesi shines through mid-palate, bold and grounding, before fading gently to reveal lively hints of green apple. As the cup cools, subtle notes of campfire and toasted marshmallow appear, balanced by the sweetness of baked goods and graham cracker. This is a coffee that feels both familiar and adventurous—comforting like dessert by a fire, yet brightened by streaks of green apple citrus.
