Here we are in the death throes of summer, soaking up every precious remaining second of sunshine in Amsterdam, ironically launching the most summery coffee of the year. The pride and joy of the Bisrat washing station, this coffee is 100% wolisho (aka “welicho”)- an ancient variety found in the highlands of Ethiopia that has grown a great reputation amongst the vast array of heirloom beans abundant in the country.
