El Salvador La Cumbre Pacamara - Filter

Nylon Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

The Baraona family is a well-recognised coffee producer family in El Salvador for its ability to continuously produce high quality specialty coffee. The farm is currently spearheaded by fifth generation producer, Diego Baraona. This is a Pacamara variety processed as a natural that has interesting tropical fruit notes like pineapple and strawberry. Due to the wetter weather this year, Diego had to dry this lot of coffee up to 45 days, producing a cup that has a little more fermentation flavours like stewed fruits
