About This Coffee

This is Auromar Geisha Natural from Finca la Aurora, a regular winner of awards at Best of Panama. The Washed "Ironman" is especially famous and won 11th place at BOP in 2020. The Natural lot uses only fully ripe, mid- to late-harvested coffee cherries, and drying takes place on African beds for 20-30 days. It has a transparent acidity similar to jasmine and green apple, and a refreshing watermelon-like aroma wafts through your nose. As the temperature settles, a rounded taste similar to brandy and cacao emerges. Please enjoy the long-lasting sweetness
