About This Coffee

This excellent washed Pink Bourbon from La Muralla presents with a pleasant sweet lime, green apple acidity, and honeydew melon finish. We were not able to push this coffee during roasting as hard as we wanted without bringing out some paper and woody aspects from the green, so in continuing with our recent tradition we are rehydrating this coffee prior to roasting. Grown in San Agustin, Huila, Colombia
