This year’s iteration of Dos Palomas, our limited seasonal holiday coffee, combines La Cueva, a washed field blend from the Nariño region of Colombia, and Cafe Nor, a natural processed Pacamara variety grown in Metapan, El Salvador. The result is a syrupy sweet coffee with notes of citrus, baking spices and tart red berries that is perfect for the holidays
