About This Coffee

This lovely washed Ethiopian coffee showcases a sparkling profile highlighted by notes of honeydew, grapefruit, bergamot, and hibiscus. Biloya is a long-established cooperative in the Kochere district of Ethiopia’s Gedeo Zone, a place synonymous with some of the world’s most elegant washed coffees. Made up of hundreds of extremely smallholder organic farmers, Biloya has been producing coffee collectively since the late 1970s and today stands as one of the cornerstone cooperatives within the Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union
