Finca De Dios, originally established as a horse farm, is a near perfect template of conscious coffee farming by the Prentice family. Combining experience with academic backgrounds, Finca De Dios has developed beautiful coffees with the aid of the rich, volcanic soils of Fraijanes. This lot from Finca De Dios is named Nacimiento, which means “spring”, for the spring-fed river that runs through the section of the farm where the Pacas variety beans for this lot are grown
