About This Coffee

This one is for all of the Apéritif lovers out there, starting the evening with an Aperol spritz or a Negroni. We infused the unroasted green coffee with this citrusy spirit to impart the characteristics of Aperol into the finished cup. We selected a natural processed Salvadoran bean from the Pacas Family's crown jewel finca - Santa Petrona. The natural process makes for a fruitier flavor profile that is juicy and bright - a great pairing for Aperol
