This Kenyan washed coffee is a blend of "Peaberry" (PB) fractions from several washing stations of the Baragwi Cooperative. For this batch #002, the PB fractions from the best batches from several washing stations were combined. The result in the cup is incredibly sweet, with typical aromas of lime and currant, a few floral and buttery notes and a bright acidity that is easy to control by adapting the extraction parameters
