About This Coffee
This coffee is sourced from selected farms in the Popayán region in Cauca. The coffee is then milled in Popayán and transported to Caldas for the decaffeination process. What makes this decaffeination process unique is that the caffeine is extracted from the coffee using a natural by-product of sugar cane and water. One major advantage of this process is that it is developed and completed in Colombia, allowing for a more efficient supply chain and keeping the profits within the country of origin
