Our favorite part is the complexity in the sweetness that makes this juicy cup transform from tart and sweet to a bright, mouthwatering Pink Starburst finish. This anaerobic natural coffee from the Chelchele processing station showcases how unique processing methods, like natural anaerobic fermentation, can shape a coffee’s flavor profile. Even better, we can compare it with the Banko Dhadhato Washed, which we launched in September 2025. This gives us the opportunity to taste two coffees from the same region, processed in two distinct ways - one floral and delicate, the other vibrant and fruit-forward.
