About This Coffee

La Isla farm is owned by Cafe Ar Bar/Alietta family. We have been purchasing their ETH47 lot exclusively since 2021. While last year's lot offered some ripe flavors that are akin to natural process coffees, this year's lot remind us of some Ethiopian coffees, with unprecedentedly complex after taste. Expect juicy peach with honeysuckle florals and complex after taste of clementine and melon
