Elion Urrego Elkin Urrego Bourbon Chiroso - Classic washed Colombia Last summer we tried Elkin's Chiroso for the first time, and it quickly became one of our favorite new varietals. This cultivar in particular is popular in Urrao region, and has a delicious intensity and exceptional vibrancy that is very likely from its Ethiopian landrace genetics. This year's lot is even more vibrant and actually a surprise to us. Expect bright grapefruit followed by juicy guava, and unprecedentedly vibrant osmanthus florals.
