Guara, the macaw, is the name we give to our coffee micro lots from around El Salvador. The 4 bag Guara pack will ship you a selection of our highest end specialty micro lots available. Each bag contains either 12 oz (340 g) or 8 oz (225g) of coffee All are Single-Estate coffees. Usually you'll receive a mix of 4 bags of different coffees, some packed in 12 oz some in 8 oz bags. Guara is roasted light to medium roast level depending on each bean. Expect naturals, anaerobics and other interesting coffees.
